William Ragland, age 18, Haleyville has been charged with 2 counts of burglary 3rd degree, 1 count of theft 1st degree and 1 count of theft 2nd degree. The first incident occurred between December 20, 2006 and January 8, 2007 and the second incident occurred on the night of January 17th, 2007 or early morning hours of January 18th, 2007 at Haleyville High School. He was arrested on January 18, 2007 and transferred January 19 to the Winston County Jail. The matter in under investigation.
